I'd just like to thank Zunaid Bhana and Kabimba Njungu from 1st For Women Insurance for being so efficient, patient and kind. My vehicle was ****** and apart from dealing with the trauma, along came the financial implications too - all very overwhelming and stressful! However, owing to the compassionate, professional, systematic and methodical nature of Zunaid Bhana, my claim was swiftly investigated, verified and processed within two weeks. Together with Kabimba Njungu's professional composure, proficiency and competence, my angst was pacified and Kabimba remained committed to keeping me informed during each step of my insurance claim.
