I was involved in a smash and grab and my insurance approved my claim - within two days, no hassles - i was so amazed by the turnaround time and the care that was shown. I was appointed a supplier to replace my phone - however when i made contact with the supplier Cellucity i was highly disgusted at how i was treated and spoken to - i called Tasleem and had the pleasure of speaking to Tasleem that took the time to listen to my complaint about the supplier - and understood that i was already traumatised. i was so disgusted that a supplier would speak to me like that and he understood. he reversed the authorization and i no longer have to deal with suppliers that clearly doesn't need the business. <br> Thank you Tasleem for understanding me for your amazing client centric attitude for countlessly apologising for the provider but moreso for treating me like a person, a human being. <br> <br> You are a great asset and i would not mind working with you again <br> Thank you for your compassion and for your great work<br>
