This morning past 6 , my car steering locked and the car just shut down. I contacted 1st for Women for road side assistance , 1st question i was asked are you safe where you are? Beautiful service from the consultant. He explained the whole process. As i hung up i received confirmation sms of my request and also immediately after an sms with the tow company details. The Tow company was Compass Towing, beautiful service from Mark Christian. He contacted me and updated me when the car was collected and when it was delivered to the selected address. Thank you so much for this, as distraught as i was , you made this easier for me. And i was able to breath and not panic under the difficult situation i found myself in.
