This morning I spoke to Mpho in outbound sales. This has to be the best sales call I have ever received. Mpho called because I recently entered their competition and was offering me a quote for my possessions.

When I told Mpho that I am in no position to take out insurance. I am literally starting from rock bottom. Had to sell my car, my place, furniture and everything! I only entered the competition because I was feeling lucky. Mpho treated me with kindness and compassion. Wishing me well and encouraging me. I felt like more than just a name on his screen and a possible increase in his target sales.

Mpho's attitude, gentleness, kindness and compassion has given me great respect for him and 1st for women.

I am still the go to person in my family for insurance queries and advice because of my work history in the industry and all my family is with the company I used to work for. From now on. I will directing them to you guys.
