Thank you for making it easy

I am quite satisfied with First For Women their claim services. If I had to rate them out of 10, I would give them a 8/10. Yes there an 'Oopsie' from their side, however the positive out weighs the negatives. From the time I have submitted the claim until the claim has been completed. It literally took 7 days if not less to complete the claim and that for me is incredible service. They have kept me informed through out the process even when they had to wait for me to provide them with the necessary details. Thank You Hayley for keeping me informed throughout the claims process and for your professionalism. We all are human and make 'Oopsies' however we learn from them and move on.

Thank You First For Women for making the claims process so easy by making use of the FFW App it was so quick and easy with no interruption whatsoever.

I am definitely staying with FFW :-)
