I made amendments to my policy a month ago and was given my new premium. Without being informed that my annual increase is due over and above the prwmium quoted, I got a bit of a shock when the premium wnet through and was not what I budgeted for. Faizel assisted me very efficiently and the premium is now lower than the originally quoted premiun. Thankbyou for your assistance!
