TERRIBLE SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, I REGRET HAVING THIS INSURANCE

I honestly regret taking this insurance, I will never recommend it to anyone looking for insurance. To those that have already, I will advise them to think twice, because when an unfortunate event come, and its claim time, you will regret ever having this insurance. I have experienced bad service several occasions with them, and still stayed, they kept on making promises, that they don't deliver on, and no communication from them, and whenever you call, you get to speak to consultants are arrogant and ***********. On top of this, they are so damn expensive, that I had to take my car off their insurance, and only when I was cancelling my car insurance , "they wanted to give me a better quote", but it was too late...they knew very well that they have been charging me more than double the quote I got from many insurers. I am experiencing a horrible service with them as I still have a building and home contents insurance with them, terrible terrible insurer, don't be misled by the Name and their adverts, its not worth it. I complained several times and they keep making promises on my claim, I don't have a driveway gate, home contents ******. They refered the case to a Senior consultant and say that all the outstanding information is from me, whereas that's a LIE, I am still awaiting information, from last week, I am the last to communicate, with NO response from the consultant. Horrible service, I hope a lot of people get to see these reviews before taking insurance. I keep hearing about happy clients from other insurers after unexpected events, because, Life happens, that's why we take insurance. But this FFW is ******** women. I can say a lot and will still say a lot about the bad service this insurer provides to women
