Terrible Service For Elderly Women

My 73 mother’s geyser needs to be replaced, she called First for women and they referred her to some supplier in KZN told her to call them. She has been waiting since Tuesday for this so called geyser supplier who claimed they were trying to locate a plumber in JHB.

This is uttererly an inconvenience and just disrespectful to an elderly WOMAN who chose First For Women Insurance and who never fails to pay her premium every month. Why should my mother be the one calling geyser suppliers when she pays this insurance company.??? This insurance has just shown how much lack of urgency and assistance they have for elderly women!!!!
