Terrible service

They recommended me to take my vehicle to Car Doctor for repairs and it came back with a sound that wasn't there before they took it in for repairs. They said there was nothing wrong. I had to take it to Hyundai for second opinion, Hyundai confirmed that the sound that's coming out of the vehicle it's an aircon compressor being faulty. I reported to First for Woman as they have already payed Car Doctor without inspecting the car if the job was done. They are refusing to assist me further.They are saying nobody is available to handle my case.
