Terrible Service - Disrespectful to a women

Disrespectful services. The worst service ever your service providers are disrespectful. Your consultants do not know the policy. They are rude and its been a total waste of monthly premiums. I want cancellations to contact me urgently and i want to be refunded for all my premiums until date. My consultant doesn't even have the decency to take my calls or respond to mu emails, treating my claim as non urgent.

i must spend hours on end on hold waiting for different departments for something as simple as a burst geaser,
