Terrible Service

I have been waiting for over two months to have my car towed back to me. During this time, I have spent a significant amount of airtime making countless calls and sending numerous emails, only to be put on hold and subjected to endless hold music. This level of customer service is incredibly disappointing. Please address this matter urgently and deliver the service promised.
