Terrible Service

Client of theirs refuses to pay for damages caused to my vehicle while being parked off.

Insurance company says there is no way to assist me unless their client registers a claim, their client refuses to do do probably due to her being a new driver and high excess but this is unacceptable and neither does the customer was to pay for repairs to be done by a reputable company .
