Terrible service and constant "IT problems"

In the past 2 months FFW has "accidentally" debited my account due to an "IT issue", I had to escalate this to get the money cedited back into my account.

Less than 2 months later I log in to my FFW profile and realise that they have given me a 16.5% premium increase without bothering to inform me of this. I called to query this, and I was informed that they did send me an email, and then the agent who was "helping" me (Terry), couldn't actually give me an accurate date, she gave me a couple of different dates - I definately did NOT receive this notification.

While on the phone Terry needed to check some of the details of my policy for security reasons, and one of the questions was to confirm the amount that my home contents was inusured for. Instead of R600 000, they had adjusted it to R66 000 once again due to "IT issues". Terry told me she would escalate and call me back that same day, but she did not. The next day I had to call her and she once again told me she needed to escalate. She has only called me back once since then, and she told me the same thing, that it is due to IT issues. This is absolutely ridiculous that an insurance company has such extreme IT issues that they cannot safely keep accurate policy details for a customer!

Plus when I first activated the policy I had included a number of All Risk items, and when I needed to put a claim in a few months ago I realised that not all of those All Risk items were listed on the policy!!!!!!!!

How am I supposed to feel secure with this type of terrible service?
