Terrible service after claim

I had an accident with my car, insured through First for Women, on Friday the 20th of February 2014. I immediately reported it to my insurance and my car was picked up and towed to be accessed on that Monday. Up to then I have had good service from the people at First for Women. My car was assessed and said it will go to a certain panelbeater as soon as the claim is finalized. I phoned my claim advisor, Julian on the 2nd of March to find out what is happening but could not get hold of him and he didn't phone me back even after numerous messages left for him. I eventually got hold of him this morning, the 5th of March, only for him to tell me that the claim has only been finalized now and the car will only go in after that for repairs. My courtesy car from them has now expired and I have no means of transport to work and back, and would probably not have for quite some time.

I was not kept up to date with the progress of my claim and my calls were not returned to find out anyway. I need to know what I am supposed to do now seeing that I will not have a car to get to and back from work.

Erika
