Terrible service

the service is terrible since my car has been in an accident last year everything has been a drag i have to always call and push very hard for the insurance to process my things..an inspector came early in February to check if my car was fixed properly and we discovered it actually not fixed properly he wrote down everything and even took pictures he said i will receive feedback i had to call today and ask what is happening to my surprise they dont even know what i am talking and they dont have it in their records that an inspector came i am beyond dissapointed ...My car is not fixed properly and the workshop is to far i am tired of going up and down taking my car that side its far
