Terrible service

I had an accident on the 7 of July this year. Assessment was done on the 13. First for women gave Authorisation to Ray Giese's body shop for repairs. They said I should pay half of my excess for them to order parts. Paid on the 19 of July but my car is still with me. I live in Umtata and First for women expects me to take my car to KWT for repairs. How am I supposed to drive a car with a damaged windscreen, and no mirror. KWT is 3 damn hours away from Umtata. Why not use Umtata's approved repairs? Unsatisfied customer???. Discovery must be better than this
