Terrible service
Terrible service from first for women, i took a building insurance with them with geyser included. I called 2 weeks back to claim for my gyser, a consultant tells me im not covered for a gyser. Luckily i went through the received policy document and highlighted the geyser cover section. they asked that i forward them the document as the cover is not showing on their side. Now they tell me another policy document was sent to me with amendments that geyser is not covered. I didnt go through the second policy document because i was under the impression that is the same as the first one. Who changed my cover options without my permission. Now im waiting for a voice recording that i suspect will take a month to access. I'm so cancelling this ***** of an insurance definitely after the fixing. i'm so ****ed.,i have to boil bath water in a kettle for a family of 4 for how long now. we always late to work/school cos of this.
