Terrible service

I had a flat tyre in Pretoria. I had to wait for 2 at night for assistance. I was promised a guardian angel to keep me safe while waiting for someone to change my tyre, no one came. I called call centre and told them I felt unsafe and asked them why they give the customers false information about they so called "guardian angel", it does not exist. They sent a guy from Alexandre to come and fix my tyre. I asked them why they are sending someone who wash so far, couldn't they call a service provider that was in Pretoria? When I asked the call center agent how long would it take to get someone to help me she always said shortly. Well that shortly became 2 hours.
