Terrible Service

Below is content from an email I sent to you on the 3rd of Nov 2017 - ********** an automated email said I will receive feedback within the next 24hours.

I was called by one of your sales agents which I told them am NOT interested to here anything from you until you respond to my email. As usual I must log a hello Peter complain to get your attention then you claim to be recognised for excellent services in the short term insurance industry, after this experience I honestly doubt that recognition because you have been nothing but a series of disappointment from my side.

Firstly I am not happy with how my claim process was handled. When my car claim was approved in SEP 17, I was not notified. I had to contact the insurance to enquire after 1 month of waiting for feedback after assessment process was completed.

When I was finally told which panel beater must I go to, which will be responsible to fix the car, I reported that my car boot was not working and I was told not to worry. I should report the matter again at the panel beaters and they will send a request for approval on any additional work required to be done on my car. I did as I was advised by the insurance, as I signed in my car I reported the matter to the gentlemen assessing my car at the panel beaters.

I wont even start to mention the terrible curtesy car drama I had to deal with because of you, I took help peter complain for you to act, remember this problems as well.

I called in at the panel beater to check the status on my car and if the boot was fixed. An email from their customer service to the repairs department went out, notifying them that I called enquiring about the boot. the car was suppose to have been completed Friday 27th OCT but I took me calling them on Monday asking them the status. I was called on Tuesday 31 OCT to be advised that my car was ready for collection

As I arrive, I waited almost 20minutes for the car, it finally came. I check the boot, it was not FIXED. my car its dirty inside especially the back seat area where they were fixing the major damaged. I asked the customer service lady, who first urged with me that the boot was not part of what they needed to fix. I explain again and she goes and check my story, comes back realising I was telling the truth. Then we await a good 10 minutes only to be told by the repairs manager that when they tested the car they discovered it had electrical problem which caused the boot not to open and had damaged the lock. He then claimed he needs to order the lock and I must return with the car to fix the boot

I am beyond frustrated with you as my insurance company, I blame this incompetence to you. When you approved my claim, 1. you never sent an email stating to me exactly what have you approved, nothing at all 2. you referred me to this uncaring and unprofessional panel beater, which till this day 14th Nov have never called about fixing the boot they promised to fix

I am seating with a car that was partially fixed but I paid the excess and my monthly insurance fee. I need to know where to from here
