Terrible service

I'm so disappointed with the service that I have received from first for woman..I'm frustrated right now ,I'm very sad...I'm paying 1st for woman lot of money for the service that I'm getting......I have service plan with 1st for woman...I have been trying to call them the whole of last week and even today for them to authorise that they will pay for my car 75 000 km service tomorrow.. 2. I have made a claim on my tyres last year September 2023 nothing was done. 3. 2022 November I was involved in a car accident,I have provided them with the other drivers details and the contract details of the insurance broker of that driver....I'm making a follow up every week nothing is done .. They always give me same feedback ,the case has been handled by management .....it's been a years. Please do not consider this insurance company ...
