Terrible Recoveries Feedback

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from the TIH and FFW recoveries team. I am well aware that an excess reimbur*****t is not a guarantee but I have supp**** their offices and their corresponding attorneys with all the relevant information which will assist with a successful recovery and to date, I have received no feedback! I was informed by the team leader at the law firm appointed by First For Women, VFV attorneys, they do not need to provide feedback. What ******* is that! I have called and emailed and yet to date, nothing! This is leaving a sour taste in my mouth as every other experience I have had with the insurer has been great.
