Terrible overturn rate and customer service

I never claim and both times that I have submitted a claim in 4 year they always find an unrealistic reason to turn down the claim, I would not recommend fist for woman to any friends, family or colleagues as they i would not trust them to cover a claim if something actually happens. <br> <br> I submitted a claim for cracked cellphone i6 screen, under all risks claim, and when I took out the policy nobody informed me that it doesn't cover cellphones, and now they say oh no but it doesnt cover that. and last time when the south eastern damaged my roof they said oh but its a builders error, im sorry that house has been standing since 1900's and they covered it when I bought it, i am not a structural engineer, therefore when my insurance company says they will cover my house then i except it to cover it, not make excuses. <br> <br> They always have people answering the phones who are working under supervision cos they are still in training, how is this possible? do they actually then have qualified people dealing with claims, how am i suppose to trust them if they are still in training.<br> <br> They always phone me trying to sell additional cover,why if they cant even cover the stuff i already hav insured
