Terrible experience and service

What a disappointment dealing with them and it's only been few days of joining. As soon as they have the sale, you are on your own. I'm struggling to get help with the self inspection on my vehicle. I've contacted them few times, no one calls back. I''m stressed out because I'm not getting the help needed to ensure my car is covered properly. This is due to their app not working properly and their unfair processes on insurance cover. I regret joining and should have gone with other insurance
