Terrible Customer Service

I am absolutely disgusting by 1st for Women's Customer Service: Claims Department. I spoke to an agent by the name of Emmanuel Nzama, he is the one responsible for the processing my my claim. Initially we were communicating via email then suddenly he just started ignoring my calls. As we speak, I've been waiting on the line for almost an hour, the robot keeps on telling me that I'm first in line, but no one has cared to assist me. I'm definitely canceling my policy.
