TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE

<p>Ever since my claim with your insurance 01/08.2015 my life have been nothing but a living hell First you took my car gave it to unauthorized pb to fix and they made a mess on my vehicle and there for feel that they have a right to claim anything from me So I decide to let the mess go after I got my vehicle 10 months later</p> <p> </p> <p>My experience with this people you brought to my life it’s a nightmare They gave me the car that was not even serviced and they suing me saying it's their word against mine as they didn’t make me sign anything Then they say I was supposed to bring the vehicle on the certain day where was it written that I was supposed to bring the vehicle on that day since they say I didn’t have agreement with them They come to my work and intimidate me and they expected me to communicate with them I've the treatment I got from them Since I don’t have any contract with this people and first for women brought them into my life I want intervention to this problem before I refer the matter to the ombuds man I believe you have records of this claim and what happed as I don’t want to repeat myself and your complains department have the record of this</p> <p> </p> <p>I now get the summons for the loan vehicle that you requested the PB to loan me. I dont remember being told i will be liable for any charges as you asked them to give me. </p> <p> </p> <p>SORT THIS OUT AS I DIDN"T CURSE MYSELF FOR BEING YOUR CLIENT. </p>
