Terrible customer service

I have been trying since the end of May to cancel my car insurance with FFW. The customer care consultant answers the phone and puts me through to the cancellation department but they just dont answer. If the cancellations department do answer they promise to call back, the call just never comes. I called again this morning after leaving numerous "Please call me's" on the website, spoke to Faizel who promised that Denzil is handling my cancellation and he would get back to me, that was already 1 hour ago. I'm GLAD i'm canceling with FFW!
