Terrible 3rd Party Claim Against their client. (1st For Women)

Firstly I'd like to say that, 1st for Women's customer bumped into my car the friday before new years last year. After alot of patience and calls, I got my car assessed, again after alot of patience, finally I got a repair date for 27 February 2017. Without any complementary car. I phoned them several times 24 February 2017, inquiring about a courtesy car, on their expense. If it was not for this accident, I would not have had to deal with this now. Their excuse is, I don't have a bussiness policy. Which I think is unfair, as I still use my car to get to work and back. They couldn't give me a proper explanation as to why they can't provide me with this. I spoke to Bhutshilo, which then said that he's gonna call the manager. Just to come back and tell me that the manager is in a meeting, they'll phone me back after 14:00. Around 14:22 I phoned them again, just to be told that they'll now phone me back after 15:00. Which was fine. It's now past 17:00, and their bussiness is closed. My appointment is Monday 27 Feb. Frantically I think the manager just didn't want to deal with this on a Friday. Personally I think it's really unfair towards me. As I can't even give my boss an estimate time that I might have to take leave for this inconvenience, as AutoMagic Centurion sent a letter stating that they can not give an estimated time for repair, as they don't keep parts, just incase anything else might be wrong with the car. I just have to state here that AutoMagic Centurion has been very helpful thus far. My problem lies with 1st for Women and their excuses. If the manager can't man up/woman up to speak to an indirect client, then they need to teach their staff how to handle these situations. And last but not least, they need to handle 3rd party claims against their client with priority. As this is a real inconvenience.

Thank you for the solution, eventhough it only happened the next Thursday after the complaint, atleast a solution was met. Really appreciate it. Just hope my car will be fixed before the 9th of March, as I am only having this complementary vehicle untill then. Thanks Vekash for the assistance and understanding. Have a great day.

I thank Vekash for extending the complementary vehicle untill the whole process of the repair was done on the 17th of March. I wish you all the best.
I now have my own vehicle back again, and everything seems to be in order, and the inconvenience has passed. Hopefully no one ever bumps into me again in the future.
