Tedious claim process

Its been 3 weeks now I still do not know the outcome of my claim. I have been the one who is doing follow up no one ever bothered to keep me updated. I feel victimized as a women who has no privilege of having people to drive her around. First by a man who was intoxicated by alcohol who drove into my car while it was idling. Now on top of that from an insurance that I thought was going to provide a peace of mind in such time like this. This kind of service is not acceptable from people who claim to stand for women.

For a company that claim to put women first you should change your name to something else.I submitted a claim around the 14th March which took a week to be captured because my friend was driving during the time of accident. of which I don't understand. Each and every time I called you send me from post to pillar. Its been a week now since you have been trying to get hold of the driver during the time of the accident. And I had to find out when I called. As a client I am not interested to know about your segregated and siloed processes all I need is a service that put customer first . I need to know the outcome of my claim by the end of business today.
