Taking responsibility

On the 14 April 2015 our car was ****** and we reported to the insurer and later recovered when it was recovered the control unit of the car was ******. The car was taken to TC Panelbeaters in Wynberg for repairs. we received the car from TC Panelbeaters in May. My husband took the car back to TC Panelbeaters after 2 weeks as there was a warning light coming on, and the technician said there was nothing wrong with the car. on the 24 June, we had a breakdown and the car was towed to VW Springs and I got a call to inform me that the control unit needs to be replaced, I then contacted first for woman as the car had just been replaced with a control unit, the car was then towed from Springs back to TC on the 30th June. We were then informed that there was nothing wrong with the control unit yet the car was starting, the car was then taken to Wilro motors and they recoded the control unit but still the car didn't start, then they told us it was the petrol pump then we bought a new petrol pump still the car didn't start. The car was taken back to TC panelbeaters and on the 29th we were told the car is ready to be collected but the car blew the top gasket and the insurance will not pay.
