Taking money without my autorisation

I put myself out for quotes on car insurance and clearly stated I am shopping and not ready to commit as I have to cancel current insurance and will decide wef from 1October 2024. FFW was a good candidate, until they stoke money from my account in August, without my knowledge and/or confirmation that I am taking the insurance. The day after I got a call for a quote, I received another call to uograde wit x, y and z. I got very annoyed and more than once told them I have not agreed on anything yet and am keeping my options open. They do not listen to the client and now I, as a pensioner, am out of pocket and awaiting refund. I reported ***** to my bank. I will NEVER, after this experience, take insurance with them NOR will I recommend them. I cannot believe the audacity of this company. Check your recordings if you want to dispute this FFW!!!! Give me my money back.
