Superior service at its best!!

I was involved in an accident in which the third party was in the wrong. Mr Leonard Vanzeeberg called me a few days after I submitted the claim to confirm that he will be dealing with the legal side of the matter to help me with the recovery of the excess I paid. <br> <br> He kept me updated with the progress of the claim including when the third party's legal team went away for the December holidays. He did this to let me know that there will be no progress report until the team returns in the new year. <br> <br> He also added his personal touch to the service by calling me instead of just sending an SMS or email. In this way, he conveyed a much clearer message that allowed me to ask and confirm uncer*****ies and get his immediate response instead of typing and sending messages. <br> <br> From the beginning, Mr Leonard Vanzeeberg did not promise that the claim will be successful but promised to do his outmost best. The claim has been successful. Mr Leonard Vanzeeberg has exceeded my expectation in terms of the speed at which the matter was resolved, excellent communication and the empathy with which he handled the matter. <br> <br> To Mr Leonard Vanzeeberg and his team: Excellent work, well done!!!<br>
