Such a pleasant and efficient service

After struggling to get someone to call me back on the cancellation, I called in again for help (slightly agitated) and her pleasant and efficient manner was a complete treat that changed my reaction immediately.<br> <br> If I did not have to move insurance for financial reasons, I would have totally just stayed with the company knowing that they have such pleasant people waiting to help me.<br> <br> She asked all the standard relevant questions and was polite al the way through which is not something you experience often at a call centre (especially when cancelling a service)<br> <br> This lady is a great asset to your customer relations department.<br> <br> Well done and thank you Belinda Mendu - I hope First for women treats you kindly for the great work you do for their brand!
