Substandard service
Deplorable services from 1st for women insurance. 3rd party excess claim not handled well. No feedback from the insurance company. Now get told that they are using a new system etc so cannot give any further feedback and because it is past 3 years the claim is no longer valid. Would not recommend to anyone
