submitted Docuemnts but still dragging the process...

Car Written off, fine Claim approved to buy out, great All Documents required submitted personally on friday(3May2019) to avoid delays. today is 7May documents dont show on the system that they were submitted(i am just praying they are not lost because i submitted the original). my worry is the lady that took the documents haven't even capture them on the system, let alone request for payment from their finance department... this is so dragging and its so inconveniencing on my side because i need that money to buy another car. i need to travel for work and i cant without the car. so when the process delay for payment, it dragging on our side too... i submit the document personally to first for women offices to speed up the process, but i see it was in vain

I am giving it 3 because everything else was going great with the claim and other previous claims except just this part...
