Stressed, strained and disappointed

I was served with divorce papers in February this year and after a few weeks I took legal insurance with first for women because I realized I could not afford a divorce lawyer. I knew that there was a three months waiting period and because I know divorce is a long process I anticipated that three months waiting period would pass while the process is still on and then first for women would assist me with this legal matter. I contacted them where I spoke with Busisiwe Toni ( ********** 000) who told me they won't assist me because I was served before the policy commenced. I really do not understand this and disappointed because financially I am strained but paying premiums on a legal cover that cannot even assist me.
