Stop Deducting my account when I cancelled!!!!!!!!

I am soooo annoyed and disappointed in this insurance. I tried to cancel my insurance early March and I had an aggressive guy trying to stop me from cancelling, he said he wanted to call me on the 25th of March to try and lower my premium. I didn’t want to stay and still insisted on cancelling. He didn’t want to cancel, he promised to freeze my debit order so that he can call me back before my debit order on the 28th of March. On the 25th I called them to cancel, spoke to a lady and they said they were going to go ahead and cancel my insurance and I asked for a confirmation on my cancellation, they didn't send it, on the 26th of March tell tried to debit my account for April and it’s declined luckily, I called them on the 27th ****ed, the lady told me that they are escalating the matter and that it is cancelled and debit order also disabled and they were going to send me a confirmation of my cancellation…which they didnt send. Today on the 10th of April at 10pm I get another debit attempt from they and I don’t know why since my cover was confirmed to be cancelled. I am ****ed and the ****ty service and now trying to ***** my money from my bank!!!! I am going to escalate this because it’s below the belt and straight up ****ming!!!!! I’m am super disappointed and need this fixed!!! Otherwise I will take legal action!!!!!’n
