Stop debiting my money!!

I have cancelled my car insurance with 1st for Women, sent a cancellarion email but they keep on debiting my money at the bank. I have went to reverse twice and will go again since they debited for the 3rd month. I don't understand what I should do now because I cancelled but they refuse to cooperate, they want me to be their member by force!
