****** money for Policy ***

<p>When I called in for the insurance, I specifically asked if they cover Zambia and I was told that they do. On request for a border letter on several occasions, sometimes, I have been given the correct letter and other times not. What frustrated me was on going for a funeral last week, I had to be inconvenienced at a border post for 3 hours because the letter they provided was wrong. This is after a 13 hours trip! I asked for the cancellation of this policy immediately as I will NEVER be inconvenienced again when there are plenty other COMPEteNT insurance companies willing to do the job. On asking for my refund as the month of June had been covered for 2 days. I was told they cannot refund me?? First for women really?? I am a woman, and the company definately does not live up to its promise!! utterly disgusted,I WANT my money back for June! </p>
