Stole my money

They don't even deserve this one star that I must select to write this review if it was up to me they wil not even get a star...i canceled my policy 10 May stopped my debit order 17 may...but yet they deducted my money I spoke to consultant thandokazi who said via email that my money will be refunded...I asked that they refund immediately because i have other debit orders going off ...21 may she emailed to say that by refund is being processed 9 days later still no refund...I have sent emails every day but no response and I can see my emails are read...First for women you are not entitled to my money...I cannot believe I have been acquainted with such a company who has no customer service...you are *****ing from me when a policy is canceled what give you the right to debit again...pay back my money ASAP
