stole my car
I am so disappointment , was hijacked on 26 -06-2021 Saturday and 1st for woman they took the car, to this day they haven't responded , i kept on calling and was given a run around while they have my car. was told so many stories
this company is useless and inconvenience , all i want is my car fixed as much as you debit my account you should do the same. the is no such as the guardian angel of site to assist , no one took me home or anywhere had to sort myself out, they haven't offered counseling all false adverti*****t , Millicent who apparently is my assistance claim consultant never even bother to call
do yourself a favor and take a better insurance not 1st for woman

06 Jul 2021, 09:23today makes it 4 days without any action or feedback , 1st for women you sell false adverti*****t , you do not care about customers needs and yet you want us to rate and refer more clients to you. i will never refer anyone to this insurance company who are so *********** and on top of that i have to still use public transport getting home so late for a small job that needs to be done.
you debit my account without any hustles and fights but my car is over the entire S.A and if you really want to see the bad side of my let anything go missing and i want my car back and all my money paid for the past months as that i can fix my own car
i want my reference to log a complaint with Ombudsman this is really beyond
