Still waiting for my refund
<p>re: policy number ***</p> <p> </p> <p>firstly i I don't have any policies with you you called me advising that you were going to fix my account which you put in a negative dice you debited me for no reason then you have th audacity to ask me to rate your service when you still haven't refunded my account!!! I sent my ****** bank statement can I have my refund!!!</p>
