Still no date for repairs despite complaints
This is my second complaint on Hello Peter for the same matter. I still have had no feedback for a date for repairs to my vehicle for two months now!! Your panel beater initially called me to schedule a date, then phoned back 30 min later to cancel my appointment as they don't have parts for my car. I have tried to call them to find out when they will have parts and the number just keeps going to voicemail. You really are the worst insurance company in the world, I have had no assistance from you at all. <br> <br> I have also made a complaint with the Ombudsman. You cant keep getting way with bad service and I recommend to anyone having the same problem with First For Women to please follow the same route.

We confirm that one of our Customer Relation Specialists contacted you after your first complaint. We have informed you that the delay with repairs is due to the fact that parts are not available to have the vehicle repaired. We truly understand the urgency to have your vehicle repaired; however, we cannot proceed with repairs to your vehicle until such time that we are in possession of the parts.
Further to this, since the matter is with the Ombudsman offices, we have no jurisdiction to intervene, until such time that the Ombudsman has made recommendation on the matter.
