Still being charged - policy cancelled Dec 2015
To whom it may concern:

I requested that all policies with First for Women be cancelled with effect from 15 January 2016 and was assured that the last deduction would be made in that month. However, an additional policy (that was supposed to be linked to my vehicle insurance) was not cancelled. I was assured that the last deduction would be on 1 March 2016.

I however note that there was an unauthorised deduction on 1 April 2016.

I have escalated this several times with the retentions office but despite my mails being read, there has been no response or refund.
