Stay away, pathetic and useless insurance!

I submitted a claim on the 13th of May 2021 after my house was burglarised, it’s 4 weeks later and I haven’t seen a cent, not even for food or warm clothes that were ******! The only jackets we have are the ones we had on to work that day. We have no electronics left in the house, so nothing to do, but they don't care. They don’t have a problem when taking their premium every month but when it comes to payout they’re useless. When you call the call centre to follow up they tell you to be patient and apologise, as if thats going to make the situation better. The 2nd premium after the burglary is about to go off again but no payment? Stay away! Don’t let them fool you by saying they take care of women, utter *******!!
