Stay away from this unprofessional company.

Before getting a policy with Gaohenngwe Mokengwane, I asked him if this company has anything to do with Auto and General. to which he rep**** no. I then discussed this with our broker and she informed me that they are all part of the TIH group. I then requested that my policy be canceled and instead of just canceling my policy, I was questioned by the lady in their cancelations department with sarcastic comment s. They are rude and sarcastic in every manner in which they conduct business. Please stay away from First for woman.
