Stay away from this company they do not pay claims!!!
Want an option to rate this company with no star.
In January 2018 we found out that a wall at our property broke due to land sliding caused by our Home Owners Association. Our first claim was rejected due to this although we have land sliding cover. They say our wall is 2.195m high and a single boundary wall. Well the first assessor said it is only allowed to be 1.8m high. Second assessor said only 1.2m high. Fact is that the local municipality allow a wall to be 1.8 but if an engineer is involved it can be higher than 1.8m. You did not even try to find out what our local municipality rules are. You just declined. I think my policies premiums with you totaling R1849.23 will not be missed in fact we spend a total of R3400.46 pm on insurance. My broker was given instructions to get me other quotes as YOU DO NOT PAY CLAIMS. FAST TO TAKE PREMIUMS REFUSE TO PAY CLAIMS.
