Stay away from first for woman

On July 22, 2019 I was in a accident where in swerving to avoid a dog I smashed into a mound of discarded cement next to the road side car was stuck on top of this cement mound. I contacted first for woman who sent out a tow truck to fetch my car. It's end October heading for November I still do not have my car I have been dealing with unhelpful call agents, managers and a group of assessors who have been rude, unhelpful to the point where they have accused me of having two accidents instead of one to avoid fixing my car properly. Since I made mention of said assessors to the insurance I have not received one fone call directly from the two extremely rude guys who discriminated and tried to bully me telephonically. First for woman does not care all they care about is taking premiums from you and when you do get in an accident they pull out every trick in the book not to honour the policy agreement. Every time I had to phone or go to the pannel beaters to check on the progress of my car they do not phone you or email you back the only correspondence I received was when I had to update my policy to extend the time frame for the rented vehicle then they eagerly communicated because I had to up my premium more money for them to get the vehicle for 30 days instead of 14. Only after i disputed the matter I received correspondence and phone calls from Nicole. They claim the car is good for me to pick up but they can't send out someone to test drive it they've towed the car to BMW they don't want to drive it because of a noise that's on the engine they didn't check the engine prior to fixing the body of the car. The Pannel beaters told me when they started up the car it was noisy. Last week I asked for someone to drive the car while I'm passenger in order for me to take the car I must compare its performance before and after they don't want to touch the car. Instead their repair manager has given me a msg via Nicole that the car is fixed I must pick it up within 7 working days to avoid storage costs. According to them they have closed the file. Never have come across a service provider who only has one mission it seems to be unhelpful they think of the smallest thing things not even partaining to the accident as to not to pay to fix the car properly. They claim the car is in a bad overall condition they didn't have a problem with the cars condition when I took out the policy I asked for the commissioning of insurance paperwork the check of approval that I did at glassfit where they approved the car for insurance this lady is refusing to give that paperwork to me as well. I want to fetch my car but if anything else is wrong with it it will be on my plate since they don't want to do to a proper hand over of the car to me. Can it really be so hard to send someone to drive the vehicle before I take ownership of it again. My advice is stay away from first for woman they are not here to be of aid. I wish I could really go into details about this claim but that's basically it in a nutshell. Later today I will go to the vehicle if the car is not on par performance wise to what it was before the accident I'm approaching the ombudsman. I have done everything I can to avoid the ombudsman for their sake not mine but it seems I have no choice.
