Stay away

I took out a mechanical warranty with first for women last year. This is my first time claiming and only now I am advised on how I was supposed to take out a different policy that covers the issues I am facing.

The dealership submitted a claim two weeks back with full reports on what is wrong with the vehicle from the on go they were clearly aware that according to their policy whatever is being claimed is not covered. Instead of rejecting the claim they went on to tell me to get my car stripped and that I need to submit pictures but already according to your policy you do not cover a turbo recon (which is crazy because components to do a turbo recon are covered under engine on the policy). Explain to me how you are going to tell me to strip my car if you already know you do not cover what I am claiming??

Clearly, I am being taken for a fool and on top of that the consultants are just rude and have no empathy whatsoever. Please stay away from this nonsense. How are you saying you are first for women but taking the same women who require your help for a ride.
