1st for women , actually not , 1st for money and no service

In my life I have never received such ban service , and the stress and anxiety ever since is quite a traumatic journey, after speaking to 9 people I still do not have an answer don't get me wrong I dont need anything from them , once my claim is done I will move my insurance , they make it sound amazing to insure with them, however , it is a very different store when you need them , especially in a very difficult situation , here is my story in short, my car packed up on the n3 south on saturday evening, just after heidelgerg alberton off ramp and right by vosloorus , not a safe area at all and absolutely not safe on a saturday evening, I called 1st and they asked me where I was and I explained , just after heidelberg rd alberton germiston not sure , she said she will send me a guardian angel, and a tow truck , do I need someone to take me home , I said no I've already called someone , i got a call that the claim has been logged , then a message that my guardian angel is on her way , I said they need to hurry up pls I'm very scared the guardian angel said but im in heidelberg, they must have misunderstood, she will call them and get back to me , well after what seemed to be a lifetime I called again, and they assured my new guardian angel will be there in 10 min , no one shows up , until a tow truck shows up , none gets out , and they start driving away , I'm thinking this is ridiculous and flash my lights, they reverse and 1 guy gets out , when he came to my window he said , hello skattie, I asked are you from 1st for.woman and they said they work for them , did I call my insurer and I said yes , he advised I can them again , and I should sit in the tow truck , I said no and called them , he asked to speak to them , I honestly thought this is it , this man is going to ***** my phone and leave me here, in stead I could hear him arguing with the person from 1st for women stating she is not safe they need to send my angel , they sent another angel who did not call or show up and then another one , in the meantime the 2 tow truck drivers situated themselves around my car to keep me safe , but also mentioned that they dont feel safe , eventually my car was towed and I could go home , arriving at 10pm after I left work at 6pm , i then called them on monday morning to state my case because the last thing that should happen is for another woman to go through the same bad experience I had , o what a roller coaster since then , a week later and after speaking to 8 people , my request was simple 1) where is my car 2) who did I speak to on Saturday night 3) who is the person that hung up the phone on me and what action should be taken against by his person for their terrible vust service 4) can I have the call recordings to send to carte blanche for our case , and bot 1 out of the 8 people actually give a **** about me my situation and as an insurance company , how to fix this so that this does not happen to anyone else , I was lucky, I'm alive, pls dont letbthis happen to you , your life is worth so much more , and in the interim I also found out I'm paying way to much for the insurance , moral of ky ongoing story DO NOT CHOOSE FIRST GOR WOMAN AS YOUR INSURER , YOU ARE WIRTH MORE , AND YOU CAN SAVE MONEY !!!
