Speedy response, Sylvester to the rescue

What a pleasant experience i had with 1st for women. On the 17th of September my car got damaged by a rock on the starring rack. I logged on the App to request for a tow truck which contacted me in less than 5min of the request. My car was towed to the nearest repairers. The Assessor from 1st for Women concluded the assessment by the 24th of September 2021 and the repairers started with stripping of the car. The repairer found that there were additional damages which would now have to revise the initial quotation.

I called 1st for women to make a follow up on the revised quotation and the gentleman by the name Sylvester came to my rescue. He followed up on the revised quotation and also organised a courtesy car for me with no hassles.

Sylvester, you were amazing and very patient with me even though I was a bit frustrated and unpleasant to you. Keep up the good work.
